TreeServe have developed an end-to-end purpose‐built workflow and data management platform “DataServe” which provides seamless unparalleled visibility, interaction and information transfer to all aspects of the delivery between field-based operations, multi-tiered management structures and client systems. TreeServe’s information technology platform and systems are certified to ISO-27001.

 

DataServe is an intuitive and easy-to-use program which is supported by various bespoke Applications and has been designed with simplicity and compliance at its core. DataServe is hosted in Australian data centres with both hot and warm sites for disaster mitigation.

 

DataServe has been in use since 2012 with continual improvement and modifications resulting in a purpose-built management system enabling all divisions within the organisation to access, input and retrieve data in order to successfully achieve productive and efficient management of the key deliverables.

 

DataServe communicates a range of data (e.g. monitoring and tracking work order life cycle, real time status updates and two-way feedback on work requests, pre/post work photos, etc) directly to the Client database providing accurate real-time visibility to data and eliminating data entry errors, data entry lag time, etc.
