We have been tried and tested over the last 20 years and have a proven track record of providing emergency team when and where you want them. We pride ourselves on having NEVER said “no” to a client in need.
When you call us with an emergency we understand that you want to speak to a real person. The TreeServe emergency after hours call centre is staffed by real people 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Emergency operations are coordinated, issued and tracked real-time by TreeServe managers via our purpose built workflow management system. We can allocate people, plant and jobs remotely, any time and anywhere. This means that within minutes of receiving your call a job has been created and dispatched (with any/all photos, orders, work details that you sent us) to a team leaders Ipad while the manager is organising available staff for the response. Photos taken before and after each job are sent to you automatically next day verifying work.
We have depots placed strategically throughout the greater Sydney, Central Coast and Southern Highland regions – this means we have a crew near you. Our aim is to provide an average response time of 1 hour to all emergencies.
With our large fleet of specialist equipment and large pool of trained staff you can rely on TreeServe to respond quickly to any tree related emergency safely and efficiently.
