Since June 2006, we’ve proudly held the globally recognized ISO 14001 certification for environmental management. This rigorous standard ensures we continuously improve our practices, minimize our impact, and contribute to a greener future. Our commitment goes beyond accreditation. We have a dedicated Environmental and Biodiversity Risk Manager who oversees every aspect of our operations, constantly seeking innovative ways to reduce our footprint and seeking better ways to deliver our services in environmentally sustainable ways to help support healthy ecosystems.

The initiatives we have introduced include:

TreeServe is a leader in the management of large volumes of green waste produced by our operations and is critical to sustainable environmental management and has invested heavily in the infrastructure to support this. With the assistance of our sister company GreenServe, we own and operate one of the largest green waste recycling facilities in the tree industry (over 174,000 m2) which enables us to effectively process, store and recycle 100% of green waste generated by our activities. 

TreeServe’s modern depots and facilities include a range of modern, environmentally sustainable design features including rainwater harvesting (300,000L) and water reuse, large solar PV installation (>150kW), energy efficient LED lighting and more.  

Other environmental services that we provide include tree planting, vegetation assessment and habitat creation.
